How do I set up an account to buy from Race Track Wholesale?

How can I view my wholesale pricing?

When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:00pm central time will ship the same day, guarenteed. We will strive to get all orders out the same day. Our UPS deadline is 6:00pm central time.

What is the minimum order?
There is no order amount minimum.

Where will my order ship from?
We are located in Independence, MO a suburb of Kansas City, MO.

How many days will it take to receive my order?

How do I install a window decal?
Download the PDF for complete instructions. Make several copies to hand out to your customers that buy a Window Decal.

What is the return policy?
Please call for a “Return Goods Authorization” number for any defective products, (816)718-2231. All returns must be requested and returned within 30 days of shipment.

What is your Privacy Policy?
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect certain information from you when you visit our website. We will not sell or distribute your personally identifiable information to anyone.

What is your Security Policy?
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

What do I do if I forget my username or password?
Click “log In” under Customer Log In on right side of the webpage. Click on “lost your password”? under the user log in screen. Follow the instructions and a password will be emailed to you.

How do I change my password?
Click on “Site Admin” located on upper right side of every page of the website. This will take you to the dashboard. On the left side of the page click profile. Once there scroll down to password. Enter the new password twice, click “Save”. Once you see “password updated” your new password is set. To get back to the website click the Race Track Wholesale logo at the top left of the page.

Do you have an order form that can I fill out and fax in?
RTW_Price-Order Form. Print the order form and fill it out, fax order to (866) 365-2231.

How do I contact customer service?
Call 816.718.2231 with a username and password.

Where do I enter a coupon code?
Click “Cart” on top of page. Under the items listed in your cart there will be a field labeled “Apply Promo Code”. If the cart is empty the field will not appear.

What are your hours of operation?
From 8:00am to 7pm Central Time.
